The terms outlined herein provide detailed guidelines on the refund process for the fees paid by users of the platform. By using the CogniGate platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Policy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Refund Request: Log in to your account and submit your refund request through your account dashboard, or contact our customer support team directly at support@cognigate.ai.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your refund request within 2-3 business days of submission.
  3. Approval/Denial Notification: Once we have reviewed your request, you will be notified of whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
  4. Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  5. Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

Refund Conditions

The following conditions apply to all refund requests:

  • Digital Products and Services: Digital products and services, including access to our society management tools, may have specific refund policies that will be communicated at the time of purchase. Please refer to these terms at the time of transaction.
  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for subscription fees will be considered only if a written request is received within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial subscription purchase or renewal.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refunds will be issued for subscriptions that have been fully or partially used, including access to services, content, or features.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the 14-day refund eligibility period.
  • Any promotional, discounted, or trial subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Refund Approval and Processing

Once your refund is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
